Check SAP system is ABAP stack or ABAP stack and Java stack.

Check OS Level:
                             Please check /usr/sap/ filesystem and check instance numbers. If there are two then there is both java and abap instances or ther have one instance your SAP system only have Abap Stack only.
SAP System Level :
                                   Goto tcode SMICM  

Choose Goto > Select HTTP Server > Choose Display Data

AS JAVA server there Show True State means  JAVA Stack avaliable or any other state not avaliable JAVA stack in System.
